GhostSIM provides temporary virtual phone numbers for the purpose of receiving OTP and SMS verification codes. Numbers are single-use and intended for legitimate account verification only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service for fraud, identity theft, or any illegal activity
• Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms
• Resell or redistribute numbers without authorization
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service infrastructure

4. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a number fails to receive an SMS within the expected timeframe. Contact support for assistance.

5. Limitation of Liability

GhostSIM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to failed verifications or service downtime.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
